Candy Fixture Maintenance: Turn Observations into a Repair Handover

A useful inspection identifies a change in condition and who will respond. It should not encourage staff to improvise structural or electrical repairs.
Start with the decision
List accessible checks for the actual units: loose components, damaged edges, doors, shelf supports and visible cables where appropriate. Follow supplier care instructions and assign specialist work to qualified people.
Work through the details
Record the unit, symptom, photograph and immediate action. Remove a fixture or affected area from use when the shop's procedure requires it, and keep repair parts linked to the correct model.

A planning example
A shelf edge is damaged repeatedly where refill cartons pass it. Record the contact point and discuss protection, handling or a revised route. Replacing the same trim without investigating the contact may restore appearance while leaving the cause unchanged.
Check it in the shop
Review repeated faults with the supplier. A difficult hinge, inaccessible light or exposed edge may need a design change. Record the completed repair and any revised cleaning or inspection instruction.
