Choosing and specifying
How should I use a product picture?
Use it to identify the form and arrangement you prefer. Add merchandise dimensions and the installation space, then agree a drawing for the actual order. Perspective images do not establish a usable capacity or an approved load.
Can the fixture sizes change?
The enquiry can request a different footprint, shelf spacing or finish. Feasibility, price and timing depend on the proposed construction and need confirmation in the quotation rather than an assumption that every reference scales proportionally.
What should be checked for loose candy?
Confirm the exact contact materials, access, utensils, labelling and cleaning method for the intended sweet. Test a sample bin or dispenser before repeating the arrangement across the shop.
Are the design references completed customer installations?
The library includes concepts, layouts and illustrative retail views. We describe visible design choices without treating the images as proof of a completed build, a client endorsement, a location or sales performance.
Quotation and approval
Why are products quoted by project?
Dimensions, quantities, materials, equipment interfaces and delivery scope affect the price. A current written quotation gives the order a defined basis; a historical website range does not.
Which document should describe the final order?
Use the accepted quotation and its referenced unit schedule, drawing revision and finish approvals. Identify supplied accessories, substitutions, buyer-provided items and site work explicitly.
What determines the order quantity?
Provide the required units or batch size. The supplier must confirm the accepted quantity and any minimum for the particular component and construction.
Does a production estimate equal the time until opening?
The schedule also needs site information, approvals, sampling where required, inspection, packing, transport and local installation. Confirm the start condition and responsible party for each stage.
Delivery, installation and daily use
What site measurements affect delivery?
Check unloading space, doors, lifts, internal turns and the final pitch. Use these measurements to agree module and crate sizes before fabrication.
Who unloads, assembles and connects the fixtures?
Confirm these responsibilities in the order and delivery plan. Freight to a destination does not automatically include final placement, building fixings, electrical work or assembly.
How should I report a missing or damaged part?
Keep the order and module reference with a clear photograph, package details and description. Preserve the affected hardware and use the agreed receiving or repair process.
What information should the shop retain after installation?
Keep assembly and fixing information, approved loads, equipment instructions, material care and the final module schedule. Record any unresolved handover items and the person responsible for them.
