Candy Product Photography: Show the Pack, the Scale and the Display

Useful candy photographs answer different questions at different distances. A close view of a wrapper cannot explain how a product sits on a shelf.
Start with the decision
Make a short shot list: the complete pack, readable product information, a scale reference and the stocked display. Keep the exact product version identified so pictures do not accidentally mix different pack sizes.
Work through the details
Photograph the shelf from the customer's approach and from the refill side. Check glare on transparent bins and glossy wrappers; adjust lighting or angle before changing the product's appearance in editing.

A planning example
A clear bin appears full in a close crop, but a wider image reveals that customers cannot reach its rear lid beneath a canopy. Keep both views in the project discussion: the close image explains the container while the wider image reveals whether the installation supports daily handling.
Check it in the shop
Compare the photographs with the real product before publishing. Keep product colours and quantities honest, obtain permissions for identifiable people and avoid presenting an illustrative layout as a completed customer installation.

Frequently asked questions
Should edited images remove signs of a configuration limitation?
No. Product imagery should help a buyer understand the actual form and arrangement, including relevant access constraints.
